Welcome to Elite Harvest (eliteharvestbd.com). By accessing our website and placing orders for our premium imported fruits and farm produce, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Product Availability & Freshness

All imported fruits (including Washington apples, cherries, exotic berries, Hass avocados, citrus, and seasonal specialities) are subject to global orchard harvest schedules and international air/sea freight. In the rare event of seasonal shortage, we will notify you before dispatching any alternative.

2. Pricing & Payment Security

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments may be made securely through Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, or debit/credit card gateway.

3. Perishable Nature & Proper Storage

Fresh fruits are natural, perishable products. Customers should follow storage recommendations (e.g. refrigeration for berries and stone fruits) immediately upon delivery. Elite Harvest is not liable for spoilage arising from inadequate post-delivery refrigeration.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch. Once an order is handed over to our delivery fleet or courier, it cannot be canceled.
